rejected ppa upload

after uploading to ppa via dput, I get a rejection email stating that

Rejected:
Launchpad failed to process the upload path '~/teoretyk/yacas':

Could not find person or team named ''.

I don't understand what the real reason for this can be or how I can solve the problem

You have an extra slash there: it needs to be '~teoretyk/yacas', not '~/teoretyk/yacas'. You'll need to adjust your dput command accordingly.
