Please increase ppa size limit

We have just hit the size limit of our PPAs

ppa:mixxx/mixxx
ppa:mixxx/mixxxbetas
ppa:mixxx/nightlies

this is because we now want to distribute also the test builds.

I have deleted outdated packages, but this did not give enough pace.
Please increase.

I've bumped your quota, but please consider dropping cosmic and disco packages since those have been end-of-life in Ubuntu for some months now.
