Film Streaming/Download Spam on Voting/Poll

This question is related to https://answers.launchpad.net/launchpad/+question/690888, but this time the film spam are found on voting/poll feature.

https://launchpad.net/~hilihkika/+poll/mulan (posted by hilihkika [test team])
https://launchpad.net/~hd+movies+hub/+poll/full-watch+the+half+of+it+2020+hd+full+online+movie+for+123movies (posted by "hd movies" team)

After checked other polls by the spammer teams above, all of them promoted film streaming/downloads (possibly pirated).

Can those spams be deleted, and added to spam filter?
