Can't open a focal release task

Whenever I try to open a Focal (Ubuntu) release task on https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux-signed-5.4/+bug/1861941 report it ends up causing an OOPS e.g.

Error ID: OOPS-4d7919cf1f82fc0e3556b079074368f9

Is there some way to get the release task added to that bug?

linux-signed-5.4 isn't published in Ubuntu at all; it's not clear to me why the task on that source package exists. (The OOPS message is "IllegalTarget: Package linux-signed-5.4 not published in Ubuntu".) Working out how to resolve that situation should help.

linux-signed-5.4 was published for a period of time during Focal's development but then the kernel team decided to switch back to linux-signed. Anyway, I changed the task and was able to target the bug. Thanks for spotting what I'd missed.
