Unable to authenticate to SSH host

Asked by Walter

I am rtryin to upload test code to my "junk/test-yacs"

I am using windows XP and I have BZR installed.

command line:

>bzr launchpad-login phpwalter
/ 0kB @ 0kB/s

>bzr push lp:~phpwalter/+junk/test-yacs
Adding ssh-rsa host key for bazaar.launchpad.net: 9D383A63B1D56FC4446753492EEEFC

SSH <email address hidden> password: [I enter PW]
Authentication type (password) not permitted.
bzr: ERROR: Connection error: Unable to authenticate to SSH host as phpwalter@ba
zaar.launchpad.net Bad authentication type (allowed_types=['publickey'])

So I guess the question is how to I get BZR to know about my public key?

BTW: I am not finding LaunchPad the easier system to use. As you can see, I opened my project about 8 months ago and as of yet have had the hours to devote to set this up.

I'm writing you this note after a bout 2 hours of trying.

Hope you can help.

Yea, OK. Forced to use Pagent. sigh.

If BZR would only work with the HOME ENV VAR we wouldn't have to go through such hoops to make this work.
thx
