Please increase size of ~hep/ppa

The PPA at https://launchpad.net/~hep/+archive/ppa provides packages for high energy (particle) physicists. Some recent versions of at least one of the packages has increased significantly in data size, and even though we will probably be able to deal with that in a more elegant manner in a future version, at the moment it is filling up our space. Also I don't want to delete the intrepid packages just yet.
