does changing pgp key require resiging of ubuntu code of conduct?

do i have to sign the code of conduct again after changing my pgp key. also how do i backup my secret key. also when trying to sign the coc i get this error

there is 1 error
(7, 9, 'No public key')

Have you lost your previous secret key ? If so yes, you must deactivate the key in Launchpad and activate one that you can use. But as far as I can see you haven't ever signed the Ubuntu CoC, not even with one of your deactivated keys, not from this account, at least.

You can backup '~/.gnupg' and avoid this in the future.

Apparently your current key (0x922BB478) is available in keyserver.ubuntu.com and the error was transient, please try again and let us know if it works.

As I said, save your '~/.gnupg' directory somewhere else.
