Increase size of fips-proposed PPA

https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-advantage/+archive/ubuntu/fips-proposed does not allow uploads because the PPA exceeeded in size.

Rejected:
PPA exceeded its size limit (45183.00 of 20480.00 MiB). Ask a question in https://answers.launchpad.net/soyuz/ if you need more space.

The packages on it are under FIPS certification and I need to upload another package to this PPA. Can you please increase the size?
