git-ubuntu importer cannot push updates to qtsensors-opensource-src

The git-ubuntu importer is failing to push to git for qtsensors-opensource-src
(ssh://<email address hidden>/~usd-import-team/ubuntu/+source/qtsensors-opensource-src): remote: error: cannot lock ref 'refs/heads/applied/debian/sid': Unable to create '/srv/turnip/data/repos/26743/./refs/heads/applied/debian/sid.lock': File exists.

I think this has been happening since approximately 2019-11-03. At least that's when it started erroring from our end, though the cause might have changed.

In #launchpad Colin suggests it's probably related to https://bugs.launchpad.net/turnip/+bug/1453930.

Sorry for the delay. The lock in fact dated from 2018-12-26! We've cleared it now, and since the linked turnip bug is fixed this hopefully shouldn't happen again.
