Could you delete https://code.launchpad.net/~roryrjb/tagtool/+git/tagtool first? I can't do that myself (and I'd want to double-check before doing that anyway, in case it was the only extant copy of the code), and if you delete it first then it will avoid the repository sticking around inaccessibly on our systems.

Thanks for looking at this for me.

I forgot the repo was even there, this is now deleted.
