Delete or report messages with inappropriate content

For the questions asked, I received two absolutely incoherent messages. How do you eliminate or report them?

Just add a comment to report them as spam and the admins will clear up

@actionparsnip: adding a comment that another comment is spam does not help at all.
The Launchpad admins have asked to create a question document, exactly as done by tofono. They will most probably act on it, but please give them some time to react.

Not quite exactly as done by @tofono: spam-report questions should be on Launchpad itself, not on Ubuntu. (I've moved this one and will deal with it.)

I echo Manfred's comment that adding comments that another comment is spam is not something that we see at all, and in fact it's anti-helpful because it creates more noise. Please don't do it.
