Remove duplicate Russian translation for Scilab core module

To solve Scilab bug with untranslated Russian interface in core module

I would like to ask for removal of this language with untranslated Russian strings:

https://translations.launchpad.net/scilab/trunk/+pots/core/ru_RU/+translate

as it's a duplicate of this fully translated one:

https://translations.launchpad.net/scilab/trunk/+pots/core/ru/+translate

And the latter is used for our translation.

No, sorry about being unclear about this. I meant to check back and give more details here.

Removing a language requires a script to be run to remove the entries from the database - there is no simple admin UI feature for it. We have not been able to do this due to roll-out preparations. Hopefully this can be done later this week or next week.
