launchpad error message

Trying to log in to Launchpad to ask a question and I keep getting an error message that says oops-b056e5ec41fdf4a1f4cb45f1cedd9520.I have recently upgraded to version 16.04 and wish to query a continual terminal message but although the login recognizes me it won't get me past the error message so I can detail the problem.

This seems to be a timeout when searching for other similar questions. It may work eventually, but failing that, I suggest making your question title more specific than just "login problem", since those are both pretty common words - that way the database has more information to go on and should be able to return more accurate results more quickly.
