Increase size limit for PPA : blocksettle/bsterminal

I'm preparing packages for our bsterminal application release, but I was only able to upload for disco.
all the oter versions get rejected due the size limitation.

PPA exceeded its size limit (2507.00 of 2048.00 MiB). Ask a question in https://answers.launchpad.net/soyuz/ if you need more space.
