[spamreport] new spam in Launchpad answers

Dear Launchpad admins,

there are new spam questions in the Launchpad answers area.
They are not easily identifiable, because the titles look like valid questions at first sight.
Only when checking the document text and the comments, you see that their aim is linking to dubious web pages:
