Commercial subscription warning: have I badly configured my project?

On the project I created today (called tldr) I mistakenly selected "proprietary" at first for the code. Even when I changed it to "public" later, the project has the warning listed clearly below the "licence" field:

Commercial subscription expires 2019-11-02

Have I messed something up? Will something stop working on that date?
