Please could we have a Project Group for MAAS?

The id for the project group should be `maas-project`, with lp:maas, lp:maas-ci, lp:crbs in the group.

One-line description:

`Group of projects that collates all projects related to Metal As A Service (MAAS)`

Paragraph description:

The MAAS Project groups all of the projects maintained by the MAAS team. It includes MAAS itself, and related ancillary tools and miscellany.

It should be owned by lp:~maas-maintainers

I've created https://launchpad.net/maas-project as requested. I don't have edit access to the projects in question so I haven't added them to it, but you should now be able to do it yourself by using "Change details" on each individual project and setting "Part of:" to "maas-project".

Can you help with this problem?
