Bump ppa:lubuntu-ci/qt6-unstable-ci(-proposed) to 50 GB

The Lubuntu Team would like to start packaging Qt 6 for our CI, so we can get LXQt and other packages ported as soon as possible.
The considerably high size takes into consideration the fact that the entire Qt stack takes a considerable amount of time to build and has many binary packages.
This PPA will only have builds for Qt weekly (as opposed to nightly for the other PPAs) and will be deleted once Qt 6 lands in the archive.
