Cannot access my outlook email account: <email address hidden>

Have been unable to enter my email address: nitahernanz@ hotmail.com, for the past seven days.
I have tried resetting my password and every time I got a code to verify I was still not allowed in.
Please help, Thank you,

We can only help with things that relate to launchpad.net; we have no access to your Outlook/Hotmail account and can't help you with it. Sorry.
