modify (or delete) someone else's comment

but different in that it is someone else's comment.

On :
   https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/kaffeine-mozilla/+bug/154598
4strO wrote on 2009-01-04 a kind comment, giving my displayed name at the time.

I am trying to step up my privacy settings and I would prefer this comment to be modified to something like :
   "Thx for the fix for firefox-3.0 on 8.04.1 (Hardy) :)"
if possible.
