How do you delete a team or project?

I need following project to be removed:

https://answers.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu-learning

I also need the following team to be removed:

https://edge.launchpad.net/~ubuntuforums-beginners-education

An admin will be notified with your request and he will notify you.
the team and the project will be removed if you are the owner, which is the case :)
