A quick check of the bug reports and comments by https://launchpad.net/~klfyt show that they are absurd.
This person seems to be just trolling with messages that look valid, but are nonsense ("pressing the right mouse button once slows down the computer until next reboot", "changing workspace margins fixes keyboard problems")
There are also several messages on bugzilla.redhat.com that look similar.

May be we should just ignore him and not comment on the reports that he creates and changes? Why give him the attention that he is obviously seeking? I suggest we refrain from commenting on any new or existing reports and just let the Launchpad admins decide klfyt's fate.
