Request for more space for system76-dev/pre-stable and system76-dev/stable

In system76-dev/pre-stable and system76-dev/stable, we sometimes provide Linux updates. When this happens, this repository can grow beyond 2 GB, preventing the upload of other packages.

Please help us raise our limit.
