Revert maintainer on `radiance` project

I just made this project, and wanted to add someone as an _additional_ maintainer, and accidentally gave them the full project. Completely my fault.

Can the maintainer be reverted to me, or the project deleted entirely so I can start over? Whatever is easiest.
