Request to add new language Karbi.

Hi,

Request to add Karbi language to Launchpad. Currently working on bringing Karbi translation in Ubuntu. Details of new language is as follow:

* Language name : Karbi
* Country : India
* ISO Code : mjw_IN , 639-3
* Plural forms : n = 2 , ( n != 1 )
* Ubuntu team : https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-l10n-mjw
