How long should publication take after successful build?

I am trying to publish my first Package. It was successfully built on all of the architectures that I targeted, but the binaries have been in the "Pending publication" status for several hours.

How long (generally) should I expect publication to take?

Looks like there was a publisher outage for a while around then, but normally speaking under half an hour is more typical.

Can you help with this problem?
