Cannot add pgp key to launchpad account

I have been trying to add a pgp key to my launchpad account with no success. Here's the steps I followed:

1. Created a pgp key using seahorse(I am using ubuntu 19.04).
2. synced it with keyserver using seahorse.
3. Entered the fingerprint of the key in account settings (launchpad.net/`loudspeaker/+editpgpkeys)

After this, I don't recieve the mail from launchpad regarding further instructions. I have tried 3 times. I have also tried changing my primary email address but to no use.

Last attempt was on 2.23am, 7 july 2018 (IST)

Can someone tell me why am I not getting any email about keys? I have already tried searching everything including spam folder.
