Another "old account" question - Recover access

Hello,

I have lost access to the email under the account https://launchpad.net/~gouki, but still have control over the domain. To try and prevent having to configure e-mail, I will add proof of ownership over the domain with the link to this question.

I would like to know if it's possible to recover access to the account I linked (changing the email) and delete this new one I'm writing this question from?
