Change username to khm

Hello,

I am trying to change my username to 'khm' but the form errors out, claiming it's in use. It does not appear to be in use.

Launchpad shares a username namespace with other services that authenticate against SSO (login.ubuntu.com / login.launchpad.net), and somebody has registered that username there, so it's been reserved in Launchpad to avoid future confusion. I'm afraid it doesn't look safe for us to free it up for you.
