Requesting access to Mobile Project Data (Pre-Ubuntu Touch )

I'd like to know If accessing projects on Launchpad that are concerned with netbooks is possible, and if such access was permission dependent?

I understand that archival sites exist; however, they have some limitations.

I'm specifically seeking matters that concern the following Ubuntu Releases: MID, UMPC, UNR, UNE; w/some lesser extent LPIA & OMAP/ATMEL/i.MX51.
