spam in our bug reports from user ' nfkjnfkfjbkfj (jvfjkjkkjfkj)'

https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu-ubuntu-server/+bug/1832970 was previously defaced by user willamusa.

That was remedied (thank you) but that user or a compatriot has done it again, using a different launchpad id.
