Please reopen answer 681426 & remove spam comments

I incorrectly clicked a button which marked the answer as SOLVED, my error.
I can not find information on how to reopen the answer.

Also there is spam from comments by:

You can do this yourself using the pencil icon next to "Solved" on https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/alsa-driver/+question/681426 (or using the direct link https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/alsa-driver/+question/681426/+change-status). It's best if you do this yourself.

I've cleaned up the spam.

There is a "I still need an answer" button at the end of the page.
Provide a text in the "Message" box and press that button.

I do see the "I Still Need an Answer" in this record but not in #681426, sorry.
I'll try pressing the button in this record and see if I can have someone (maybe me, if someone can document a procedure I can follow) change the status of Answered to "active/investigating..."
