Temporary access to the Doxygen Project

The data for the Doxygen project is quite outdated: Old links, VCS has moved from sf to github, etc. I'd be willing to update that data. As my time and interests are volatile I'm not really willing to make a long term commitment, though.
I'd also close also the non-packing related Bugs as they will never be read by the developers.

I'm somewhat reluctant to assign maintainership to somebody who explicitly doesn't want to make a long-term commitment; and there are no bugs open on https://bugs.launchpad.net/doxygen since it doesn't have bug tracking configured in Launchpad, so that part of your request seems redundant.

As a compromise, we'd be happy to make the set of changes that need to be made to bring it up to date with wherever it's currently hosted - you can suggest them here.

@Colin: That's fine with me. I just thought it's easier to give someone a memebership, let him edit stuff and theow him out again. Especially as I don't know whicht other fields might be worth filling without seeing the backend.
