download speed of launchpad is very slow from China

I have been use launchpad for a long time, and I have to say, the download speed from China is extremely slow from China/HK, it always stay to about 50K/s, and there is no way to speed it up. we can't have mirror or something else to do with it.

can we add some mirror logic or can we use something like CDN to speed this up?

archive.ubuntu.com is mirrored, but it's unlikely to be possible to add general mirror or CDN support to ppa.launchpad.net in the medium term (although of course anyone can use tools such as debmirror to construct local mirrors of individual PPAs). Some long-term plans to refactor the PPA service may help with this, although we'll need new cloud infrastructure first and that's still some time away.
