Stupid question about a failed build on my PPA, headers not found

Hi, I'm trying to build ffmpeg with NVENC support on my launchpad PPA, but I'm getting troubles since it requires the NVIDIA nvenc headers to be installed before in my system, and obviously I can compile everything correctly on my computer since I got them but not on the launchpad build system obviously

So I'm asking what's the correct way to get a correct build in this case

I though about manually putting the headers on the source code, then make in some way PKG_CONFIG_PATH in the configure file to point at the source
