Error signing Code of Conduct - (7, 8, u'Bad signature')

On W10 with Kleopatra, I sign the downloaded CoC v2.0 file to a .asc file. Key is imported according to LaunchPad. File verifies using Kleopatra. Launchpad gives error (7, 8, u'Bad signature') when I upload the sig.

Is it possible that you tried to upload a detached signature? The code of conduct signature needs to be a clearsigned file.

If not, please upload the full clearsigned file that you tried to upload to Launchpad somewhere where we can have a look at it.
