How do we make contact with a user on here?

Hello,

I'm trying to contact one of your users on here in reference to his input concerning "phatch". I simply want to thank him, first and foremost; but also I want to ask him how the heck he figured it out in the first place!

This is where I found the user:

I see no "contact this user" button, nor do I find a "ask this user a question" or anything that might be conducive to rudimentary conversation amongst the users.

I'm old so I'm sure it's something that has escaped me, but any help you might avail would be appreciated. The only topic I found that came close to contacting the user was the question that was already asked but with a twist of anonymity (and yet I don't see the button that user had mentioned).
