tortoisehg-ppa link broken

Currently using Ubuntu (18.10) and tortoisehg (4.6.1-0ubuntu2)
tortoisehg states that a newer version (4.8.2) is available for download.

Link from tortoisehg is : https://tortoisehg.bitbucket.io/download/linux.html
This page has a link for Ubuntu packages: https://launchpad.net/~tortoisehg-ppa
but that page does not exist.

And since I should ask a question: Any suggestions on how to update tortoisehg?
