How a commercial project can get approval? What is the process? What would be the cost?

I tried to contact launchpad staff via <email address hidden> and support@, as stated in FAQ, but I never got any response.

We discontinued the purchasing mechanism for Launchpad's commercial facilities because we were going to have to make non-trivial changes to the purchasing mechanism to comply with the GDPR, and in any case it wasn't economical for Canonical to administer it.
As far as I know it should still be possible to get this sort of thing approved, but you'll need to talk to a Canonical sales rep. https:/
