Request for more space for system76/proposed

In system76/proposed we sometimes prepare Rust and Linux updates. When this happens, this repository can grow beyond 2 GB, preventing the upload of other packages.

Please help us raise our limit to match that of our release PPA, system76/pop, which has an 8 GB limit.
