ETA on Launchpad arm build farm

I started an arm compile and discovered that the arm build farm is no longer running, Is there an ETA on when the arm build farm will be back up and running?

What makes you say that it is no longer running? It is; it just has a queue. You can see the build-farm-wide status on https://launchpad.net/builders/.

It was down when i checked last, it's up now

It's never "down", and if it were there's no way you could determine that. There is sometimes a queue of builds.
