Request to create new language group "Chamilo"

Hi,

As per https://answers.launchpad.net/launchpad/+question/676291 and worried about the lack of clear conclusion of https://answers.launchpad.net/launchpad/+question/88130, I hereby request (please) the creation of a new language group "Chamilo" for our project "chamilo-lms".

We have a considerable number of existing translators (a few hundreds) that would be invited to connect to Launchpad and we already have a hierarchy of approval, so we'd need a way to keep this structured authority for our translations.

Not sure how to assign this to the Launchpad admins, but the documentation on translation groups says to "contact the Launchpad team" and redirects here...
