how I can join to persiantranslator in launchpad
how to i can upload po files into launchpad

For helping with the translations into Persioan or joining the Persian Translator group please get in touch with the Ubuntu Persian Translation Reviewers - https://edge.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-l10n-fa

Right now you can only add sugestions from the web interface.
You can not upload po files directy because they need to be approved before uploading.

For uploading po files to Launchpad you should also contact the Ubuntu Persian Translation Reviewers and ask them to review the translations.

If you are a good translators, they will add you to the reviewers team and after that you should be able to approve others translations or upload po files.
