Close/drop project Chamilo

Hi,

I'm the leader of the Chamilo project (https://chamilo.org) and I've noted that the https://launchpad.net/chamilo project is under the control of Peter Bex, who hasn't been involved in the project for more than 5 years. I sent him an e-mail asking him to close the project itself, but he tells me he cannot do that and the config page suggests only "Registry Admins" can do that.

Could someone help us with that?

Could you clarify - what sense of "close" do you mean here? Do you just want it removed from Launchpad?

Yes, just removed, basically. Our main development is on Github at the moment and we have a project chamilo-lms here on Launchpad that we are test-running right now for Rosetta translations, hence the effort to avoid confusion.

There is no information on https://launchpad.net/chamilo about the project being closed.
