How do you change ownership of a team page?

Our launchpad team page here: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-us-arizona is owned by someone who is not active in our lcoo. How do we go about changing who owns our team in launchpad? We would also like to have two active members designated as administrators of our launchpad team page. These two members should be johnc4510 and Ian McEwen. Your attention to these matters is appreciated. Thanks

I can see that the owner of group can change this. In Actions Menu of Overview tab I can see the option "Change owner" as owner.

This answer did not help. The owner of the group, as I stated in the above question, is not around to change the ownership. Again, he is no longer active in the group. We need to be able to change it because he is not around. Thanks in advance for you help.
