There is another project that seems to be created just for the purpose of promoting a web page for download of media

And there is a user with a name that refers to distribution for drugs, with a blueprint
https://launchpad.net/~buycytoteconline
https://blueprints.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+spec/buycytoteconline

Please check whether these should be deleted.
