Add a project group to sistheo

Hi Christophe: for us to create a project group, you'll need to tell us what should be the name. To me, it sounds like you want us to make an existing project a project group — we can't do that, but we can create a project group, make you the owner, and you can add projects you want to the group yourself. Would that be ok?

Would you also like the 'sistheo' project removed in that case, or you'd still want to keep it?

ok i understand, you can remove the sistheo project and replace by a project group with the same name(sistheo), add me as owner, and i create the other subproject

Instead of removing sistheo, I'll rename it to sistheo-old and you can tell me what to rename it to -- that way you can just reuse it as a child project. I'm doing this now.

I want to sincerely apologize for letting this block for so long, I've been away on travel and have a hard time handling these admin requests. I will however have a change made to Launchpad that allows the support personnel to create these. Thanks!
