Ububtu crash report uses 'duplicate' bug number that doesn't exist..

Asked by Harry Coin

Every few days when I log in Ubuntu 18.04 I'm informed of a bug it wants to send in. The report explains the bug is a duplicate of 1765169 -- which doesn't exist in Launchpad. I feel pretty sure this persistent crash is not being reported owing to the fact the bug it claims to be a duplicate of doesn't in fact exist at all.

Something about Xorg drmmode_display.c:793:drmmode_crtc_init: Assertion 'ret == 0' failed.

The bug exists, but is private because it contains user data (as is often the case with crash reports). I'm not qualified to determine whether it's safe to make that bug public, but I've subscribed you to it so you should be able to see it now.

Can you help with this problem?
