Issue while loading links

If I click on a link to a project, e. g. Ubuntu...., the site won't load sometimes and give me back an "ooops message". What's the reason for this and can this be solved? I think the connection or response time is too short given in the configuration of the server? Perhaps this can be solved by increasing the connection time for the answer message a bit.

When this happens, you should get an OOPS ID. We need that ID in order to be able to do anything about the problem.

but it isn't an oops.. it's a timeout error this time.
