"OAuth token generated in Launchpad" What is it about?

Asked by Dima

"A new OAuth token consumer was enabled in Launchpad.

If you did not make this change, please open a new Question on Launchpad <https://answers.launchpad.net/launchpad/+addquestion> or visit #launchpad in IRC at freenode to alert staff of the issue."

I used a some launchpad function to collect a data about this bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1785326 (2018.08.07). But I don't know anything about OAuth and I decided to make this question. The message had arrived at 2018.08.07 too. And I don't have any open OAuth tokens now, so all is fine. (Actually I don't know why I'm opening this question)

Thanks for being conscientious and checking, but this is to be expected: apport-collect gets you to authorise it in Launchpad so that it can attach files to the bug on your behalf, and this is done using an OAuth token.

Can you help with this problem?

Provide an answer of your own, or ask Dima for more information if necessary.
